We had a couple of spectacular sunrises, enhanced by the new snow on the mountains. They happened while the leaves still had colour.
This sunrise was like no other I have ever see.
The next day the snow came to ground level. It bowed down all the deciduous trees that still had leaves. The same thing happened a few years ago, and many trees were broken but there were few casualties this time.
That sunrise is pretty spectacular alright! No snow yet over in the Quesnel area (at least none that has stayed).
Mother Nature’s colours are truly extraordinary, especially in the Chilcotins. Thank you for sharing.
